Returns
You can submit a return request by logging into your customer account, finding the order you wish to return and clicking the Return Items link.
 
You have 30 days from the day of delivery (as indicated by the delivery confirmation) to return the product to us for any reason as long as the product meets Return Conditions and you obtain Return Authorization from our Customer Service Team. You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
 
Return Authorization
To return a product, you need first obtain an RA Number (Return Authorization Number). Please have the last name of the person who placed the order or the order number ready, as this will expedite the return process. You can email us with this information to request the RA Number. When contacting us, you'll need to provide the reason for the return and specify whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
 
Once the RA Number is issued, we will email it to you. Please print out the RA Number and include it inside your shipment. Additionally, write the RA Number on the outside of the box.
 
Please note that RA Numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. After this period, the RA will expire, and you will not be able to return the product using that RA.
 
Return Conditions
If the item is defective, please see the Defects/Warranty section below.
 
If you're returning the item for any reason other than a defect, it must be in "like new" condition. This means it should not have been used, exposed to the elements, mounted on other equipment, or integrated into any other device. All returns will be evaluated to ensure they meet these conditions, and any signs of non-compliance may result in damage fees deducted from the refund. Additionally, if the product is returned with any missing parts (such as batteries, wrenches, manuals, screws, etc.), restocking fees of up to 15% may apply.
 
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the item you ordered, or if you received it as a gift and would like to exchange it for another item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item to request an exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for covering all shipping charges associated with the exchange. Additionally, any price differences between the exchanged items will need to be paid before the replacement item is shipped to you.
 
If you prefer to receive the replacement item before returning the original to our location, you will be required to pay for the replacement upfront. Once we receive your return, we will credit back the price difference to your credit card/PayPal account. Please be aware that the exchange process typically takes between 5 to 10 business days from the time we receive your return at our warehouse.
 
Defects/Warranty
If you discover any defects in your product after purchase, please visit our GRITR Warranty website for comprehensive warranty information and instructions on how to exchange the product or obtain a refund.
 
Refunds
Once your return has successfully passed our return evaluation process, which typically takes 3-5 business days, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or PayPal account. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times. After the refund has been confirmed with you, any further assistance regarding the refund should be sought directly from your financial institution.
