By using our Website to order or purchase goods, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated periodically. If you do not accept these terms, you cannot make purchases on our site.
Our online store is typically open 24/7, but occasional closures may occur for maintenance. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day.
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment card. Orders can be placed through our website only.
Among other things, we reserve the right to cancel the order in one of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:
- Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified
- Your order is placed with the purpose of committing fraud etc. or placed in connection with a criminal offense or other unlawful activities
- There is an inadvertent error on the Website, such as a payment error
- We have reasons to believe that you are under the age of 18

We also offer a 5% discount for the military active, retired, and veterans, both in-store and on our website (does not apply to items on sale). For website military discount, click the link 'Verify for veteran/military discount through GOVX' under the Gift Certificate/Coupon field at checkout. Once you see the code, click "Copy" button and then "Use your code". You'll be returned to the checkout page, insert a copied coupon code to the Gift Certificate/Coupon field to apply a 5% discount.
Important Notice for California Customers
Beginning January 1, 2026, due to new California regulations affecting the sale and delivery of firearm‑related products, all orders containing firearm‑related items will be shipped exclusively to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
This requirement applies to orders that include (but are not limited to):

tools, equipment, or components that may be used in firearm manufacturing.
What this means for you

At checkout, California customers will be required to provide a valid FFL address for delivery.

Orders containing regulated items cannot be shipped to residential addresses.

Non‑regulated items in the same order may still be shipped normally; however, if your cart contains any firearm‑related product, the entire shipment will be routed to the selected FFL.
Why this change is happening
California has enacted new laws taking effect in 2026 that significantly restrict the direct shipment of firearm‑related products to residential addresses. These rules require enhanced verification, in‑person handling, and licensed‑vendor involvement for certain categories of goods.

Delivery Conditions
Our team is committed to expediting the processing of orders to the best of our ability. However, please note that it may be up to 3 business days due to the high volume of orders.
In terms of shipping speed, the standard delivery time can take up to 7 business days. We are constantly working to improve our shipping processes and minimize any delays that may occur.
Free shipping is available to all 50 US states, D.C., and APO/FPO addresses with no exclusions.
Delivery times may vary for remote locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or military addresses, depending on the shipping method selected.
